  • The user can pay by credit card or Visa and Mastercard ATM card.

  • Pixi is very easy to use. The user downloads the mobile application and creates an account. They register the student's information once. At the time of payment, the user indicates the school, the amount to be paid, and the method of payment. And that’s it!

  • The service is completely free of charge to the school. The costs per transaction are the regular Visa/MasterCard costs associated with your merchant account. The user pays a convenience fee of only $2 per transaction.

  • No. The school does not have to perform any software installation or integration. The service is completely online.

  • Yes, at the time of the transaction, the user can include notes and the school will receive them in the payment report.

  • Yes. All information, including transactions, is transmitted, encrypted, and encoded using RSA with 2048-bit keys. Credit card information is stored in an electronic vault only once, and subsequent payments only use a payment token.

  • Once a payment is made, the user receives an email with the details of the transaction and a confirmation number. They will also be able to see a receipt of their transaction in their transaction history inside the mobile app.

  • The school will receive a daily transaction report with the following information:

    Name of the person making the payment

    Name of the student

    Grade

    Student/account number

    Amount of payment

    Notes or comments

    Payments totaled at the end of the report

  • Yes, the user can easily set up automatic monthly payments. To activate the AutoPay function, the user should indicate that they want to repeat the payment a certain number of times as well as the day of the month they want to repeat it - and that's it. Every month, on the indicated day, Pixi will charge the specified amount, up until the indicated month.

  • Yes. A parent who wishes to make payments for tuition, special charges, or other purposes, can make a one-time payment indicating the amount to be paid and making a reference comment about the reason for the payment.

  • The school usually receives the funds within 24 to 48 hours.

  • The funds are deposited into the school's regular bank account, at whichever bank the school prefers.
